DeckCrew uses shared company knowledge so your agent can answer and write from real business context right away. You can add website content, documents, and internal material to the same shared source of truth.

What happens when an agent wants to do something risky?

It asks for your approval first. Actions like sending emails, creating tickets, or editing content stay in draft-and-approve mode until you're comfortable.

Do I need my own AI provider keys?

Yes. DeckCrew uses your own OpenAI or Claude keys so billing stays with you and credentials stay scoped to your workspace. Provider access is managed securely for the hosted platform.

Where does my data go?
