Privacy policy

This page explains what data DeckCrew collects, why it is collected, how it is used, and how to contact us about privacy questions.

Effective date: March 22, 2026

DeckCrew is operated by Diginovato AB. If you have questions about this policy, contact hello@deckcrew.io.

Data controller

Diginovato AB is the controller for personal data processed through the DeckCrew website, beta-access requests, sales communication, and other direct interactions with us.

What we collect

We may collect identification and contact data such as name, work email, company name, website, and message content when you request access, contact us, or communicate with us.

If you become a customer or pilot user, we may also process workspace information, account-level configuration, support requests, usage information, uploaded materials, and other business data needed to operate the service.

How we collect data

We collect data directly from you through forms, email, product usage, support messages, and uploaded materials. We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser details, and basic device or request information when you use the website or service.

Why we process data

We process data to review beta requests, communicate with prospective customers, provide the service, operate customer workspaces, maintain security, improve onboarding, support customers, and understand how the product is being used.

Legal basis

Depending on the situation, we process personal data based on consent, contractual necessity, legal obligations, or our legitimate interests in operating, improving, and securing DeckCrew and communicating with business users.

AI-assisted and automated processing

DeckCrew is an AI product, which means submitted business material, prompts, support messages, and uploaded content may be processed by automated systems to classify data, generate responses, support workflows, and operate agents on behalf of the customer.

That processing is used to deliver the service itself, not to train general-purpose models for unrelated customers.

Customer workspace data

Customer workspaces may include uploaded files, company context, agent settings, workflow-related data, logs, and conversations. That data is processed to provide the product and is scoped to the relevant workspace and permissions model.

Sharing and subprocessors

We may use trusted third-party providers for hosting, infrastructure, model access, storage, analytics, and email. Those providers only receive the data needed to perform their function.

Where data is processed outside the EU or EEA, we aim to use appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections and established provider controls.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including providing the service, managing customer relationships, handling legal obligations, resolving disputes, and maintaining security records.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. To exercise those rights, contact hello@deckcrew.io.

Cookies and website analytics

The website may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality, basic analytics, and performance monitoring. Analytics is controlled through the site's consent banner, and visitors can accept or decline analytics collection.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect data, including access controls, scoped permissions, and provider-managed infrastructure and secret handling where applicable.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
