This policy explains the kinds of activity that are not allowed when using DeckCrew.
Purpose
This policy is intended to support lawful use, protect users and connected systems, reduce
abuse, and help keep DeckCrew secure and reliable.
Illegal or rights-violating activity
You may not use DeckCrew to break the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy
rights, violate confidentiality obligations, or process data you do not have the right to
use.
Abusive or harmful content
You may not use DeckCrew to create, distribute, or automate abusive, threatening,
defamatory, hateful, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful content.
Security violations
You may not attempt unauthorized access, probe for vulnerabilities, interfere with the
service, introduce malware, exfiltrate data, or use the product to support intrusion or
compromise of other systems.
System abuse
You may not overload the platform, abuse rate limits, bypass access controls, or use
automation in a way that degrades service performance or stability for others.
Spam and unsolicited outreach
You may not use DeckCrew to send spam, deceptive bulk outreach, unsolicited marketing, or
other communications that violate applicable law, recipient consent, or platform policies.
Misuse of connected systems
You may not use connected CRMs, inboxes, support systems, repositories, or other tools in
unauthorized ways through DeckCrew. You remain responsible for ensuring you have the right
permissions and authority to perform actions through those systems.
Misrepresentation and fraud
You may not impersonate individuals or organizations, submit false account or company
details, or use DeckCrew to deceive, manipulate, or defraud others.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own use of the service and for ensuring your team members,
contractors, and other authorized users comply with this policy.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access, block actions, investigate abuse, or report activity
to relevant authorities if needed to protect the service, our customers, or third parties.
