DeckCrew is operated by Diginovato AB. By accessing or using DeckCrew, you agree to these
terms.
Business use only
DeckCrew is intended for business and professional use. By using the service, you confirm
that you are acting on behalf of a business, organization, or professional activity rather
than as a private consumer.
Use of the service
You may use DeckCrew only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are
responsible for your workspace, your connected systems, and the people you authorize to
use the service.
Beta access and changes
Beta access may be limited, manually approved, or revoked. Features may change, be
unavailable, or be removed during the beta period as the product evolves.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the data you upload, the instructions you provide, the external
tools or accounts you connect, and how you choose to use generated output. You should
review high-impact outputs and actions before relying on them in sensitive contexts.
AI output and workflow responsibility
DeckCrew may generate text, drafts, summaries, decisions, or workflow suggestions using AI
systems. Those outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing
and approving outputs before acting on them where accuracy or impact matters.
Provider access and third-party systems
DeckCrew may connect to third-party tools, services, and model providers. Your use of
those connected services is also subject to their own terms and policies. You are
responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect and use those systems.
Acceptable use
You may not use DeckCrew to break the law, interfere with the service, gain unauthorized
access, send abusive or harmful content, violate third-party rights, or misuse connected
systems. Additional expectations are described in the
Acceptable Use Policy.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if needed to protect the platform, investigate misuse,
comply with legal obligations, or respond to violations of these terms or the acceptable
use policy.
Availability and warranties
DeckCrew is provided on an as-available basis. We aim to operate the platform reliably,
but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free output, especially during
beta.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diginovato AB is not liable for indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of DeckCrew.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law, unless mandatory law in another jurisdiction
requires otherwise.
